• Every patient coming into SouthPointe Medical & Aesthetics will be screened via phone PRIOR your appointment with questions pertaining to travel, potential exposure and symptoms. If you are deemed high risk, we will assist you in rescheduling your appointment.

• If you have symptoms or concerns and need to reschedule your appointment we ask you to contact us as soon as possible.

• If you have a mask or face covering made following the current guidelines- please wear this face covering to your appointment. If you do not have a mask, we can provide one but supplies are limited and we are doing all we can to conserve. So if you have one, please wear it.

• We ask that you remain in your vehicle in the parking lot prior to your scheduled appointment time. Please call when you arrive at our parking lot and we will call you when a room is ready for you. This is also to avoid several people at the front desk at one time.​

* Please leave unnecessary personal items in your car as possible, within safe reason, including large coats,

extra bags, etc.​​

• We ask that no additional people/children attend your appointment with you. The goal is to prevent contact in our common spaces, mainly the waiting area and hallways.
